U.S has carriers active in offering mobile network services to the customers and recent study of Consumer Reports revealed the results against the famous AT&T. On basis of rating system it was finally concluded that Verizon is the leader due to its voice and data services and AT&T lacked far behind & dropped at last place. This indeed is a bad news for the carrier when annual ratings’ performance shows such disappointing position. Verizon Wireless earned no 4 position where it went strong on points like voice and data. While in AT&T it has only favouring point in the entire review which is its 4G LTE network. This feature actually is the strongest of all and surpasses other networks also.
Talking of other carriers – Sprint and T-Mobile USA , both lied at positions between Verizon and AT&T. Well on its part, AT&T doesn’t leave it all and puts some words to a news agency that the carrier company is always working to improve its service. Further sentences by the AT&T spokesperson are “While delivering an even better customer experience is a never-ending job, we’re pleased that our customers rate their 4G experience as best of any carrier. We’ve invested significantly to deliver unique advantages, including offering the nation’s largest 4G network, which enables the fastest iPhone 5 downloads and simultaneous talk and surf.”
